• User limit of 5. This means 5 enabled users that can login to the Process Shepherd application. Disabled users are not counted.
• Limited to 20 Workflows. This means 20 separate published workflows. Drafts and Subroutines are not included, this is a considerable amount for a team of 5 users.
• No restrictions to Knowledge Management Articles
• No restrictions to eLearning
• Total data set size limited to 150Mb, which be years of history for 5 users and hundreds of large KB Articles and eLearning courses.

Create an account and you are on your way. Once you reach over 5 users billing details will be required to continue. BPO and Enterprise customers should contact us first.

A user is determined as anyone that has an active registered account during the billing month. For example if user A is deactivated on the second day of the month and user B is created on the 5th day of the month this will count as 2 users.

There are no initial setup fees.

For non-enterprise accounts, billing is performed via Stripe on a monthly basis in arears. For enterprise accounts we have multiple payment options. Usage is automatically calculated at the end of the billing period, there are no licenses to pre purchase.

When creating your account you can choose from our 3 data centre locations, US, APAC and Europe. Your data will remain within the data centre that is selected.
